This is a 80 ft wide x 175 ft long single story dental surgery center featuring Procedure Rooms, OR, Drug room, Private recovery rooms, consult, reception and waiting area. The trademark of this building is the covered porch at front and on side. The building has brick veneer all around. The roof construction is Vulcraft metal decking on 18” deep steel joists. The joists support on steel beams and columns at periphery and at interior. The wall consists of metal studs that bypass the steel beam at roof level to form a parapet. The foundation of the building is conventional and the floor is concrete slab on grade. The canopy which is higher than the main roof is steel framed supported on two columns at the front.
