The scope of the project was to redevelop a new residential building at the seaside. It is a two-story structure with a Great room, Kitchen, full bath, and laundry on the first level and 3 bedrooms with a balcony and terrace on the second level. The property also provided with good landscape and pool with outdoor seating arrangements. It has modern architecture with wood finishes at the exterior façade.
SCG's role was to support the architectural team in developing a detailed Revit model with 300 LOD and drawing development for city submittal.
The primary objective of this project was to expand the existing residential building by constructing a detached ADU.
The ADU was designed to accommodate essential living spaces, including a living area, kitchen, and laundry space on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor.
